Schefflera

Also called an Umbrella Plant, Schefflera is an evergreen shrub with ornamental foliage. Although it rarely blooms indoors, it produces tiny red flowers in the summer.

Cold hardy plants! They can survive outdoors in winter.

 

Snake Plant

Snake plants are very low maintenance and the perfect choice for a dimly lit room. Place them in a bathroom or bedroom to filter out chemicals in the air and give an extra oxygen boost.

Spider plants look beautiful in hanging planters, window boxes or anything that shows off their grass-like foliage. At maturity, spider plants produce cascading baby plantlets that resemble spiders, hence the name.

Split-Leaf Philodendrons are big drinkers, so water them deeply but don’t leave them soggy. They are low maintenance and have beautiful, heart-shaped leaves that can grow up to 3 feet long. 

 

Staghorn Fern (mounted)

Mounting the Staghorn Fern is a great way to recreate its natural environment. Staghorns are epiphytes, which means they grow on other living things like trees. If you care for it well, your mounted fern will last many years.

 

Succulents

Place your succulent near a window with well-draining (cactus or succulent specific) soil and it will be happy! It is drought tolerant so be sure not to water it too often. These beautiful plants make a great addition to any home.

ZZ plants are classic beauties. Though they do best in bright filtered light, they can also tolerate low light. Once you find the perfect spot for them they like to be left alone. Sounds like a plant that can work for everyone!
