All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and usually arrive within 2-3 business days of shipping. Your order will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Flora is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If a package is returned to us due to customer providing incorrect shipping information, the customer will be responsible for additional re-shipment costs.
Returns & Exchanges
Living plants, sale items and personal care items are Final Sale. All other purchased items are eligible for return or exchange within 14 business days as long as they are in their original, unused condition.
For online orders: Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and Flora is not responsible for items lost or stolen during the return process.
